Return policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your Memory Bubble™ order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

How to Request a Refund

It is essential to request authorization before returning any item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products or if you received the wrong item.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number and keeping the receipt. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety or personalization reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants).

  • Customized or custom-made products.

  • Personal care or intimate items.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

  • Items purchased on sale, with special discounts, or using promotional codes.

  • Gift cards.

Right of Withdrawal (Customers from the European Union)

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, during which you can cancel your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be returned in the same condition as indicated above, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, we'll process your refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 10 business days .

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If it's been 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully review your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and offer you an appropriate solution.
