Processing Time

Due to high demand, order processing may take 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on destination.

Please note that in rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delays and Force Majeure

Memory Bubble™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address and Risk of Loss

Please make sure you provide a complete and correct delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
